The Venture Center is expected to begin the first phase of operations from 1 Jan 2007. In the first phase, Venture Center will begin mentoring (virtual incubation) start-up companies affiliated to NCL - that is companies founded based on NCL know-how or by NCL students/ alumni.

Operations are expected to expand again in February to include a "rent-an-address" service package. Several service offerings are expected to be rolled out at different times during the year as the Venture Center builds up its own staff.
