| Mugdha Lele | Mugdha is currently Sr. Manager – Social Innovations at Venture Center, Pune. She has done Ph.D from School of Health Sciences, University of Pune and has teaching and research experience in a State Government medical university. At Venture Center, she is responsible for driving the Social Innovations and related activities and is responsible for providing technical mentoring for incubatees at Venture Center. Mugdha has been a Fellow of the Chevening Rolls Royce Science, Innovation, Policy and Leadership Programme (CRISP) at the Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK in 2016. In 2018 she has also been part of the Aritra Accelerator Program for Leadership in the Social Sector at IIM Bangalore with Phicus Solutions and Dr. Reddy’s Foundation. |

Manisha Premnath

Manisha is COO and General Manager at Venture Center. She is Ph.D (Biotechnology), University of Pune; Post-doctoral training, University of Cambridge, UK. She has been a Chevening Rolls Royce Science, Innovation, Policy and Leadership Programme (CRISP) Fellow at the Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK during 2015 where she had the opportunity to study technology innovation ecosystems. She has research experience in biotechnology, microbiology, fungal biotechnology, molecular biology and molecular virology. She has experience in planning and setting up of advanced scientific facilities and program management. |
Premnath Venugopalan |
Premnath is Founding Director of Venture Center and Head, NCL Innovations. He is B.Tech (IIT-B), Ph.D (MIT, USA), Chevening Technology Enterprise Fellow (Centre for Scientific Enterprises, London Business School and Cambridge University, UK). He has experience in technology development and commercialization, working with start-up companies (in Cambridge-UK and India) and engaging with large corporations on research and consulting projects as project leader. |

Mohan Kumar S: MSc, PhD (Microbiology), Bangalore University
He has expertise in mushroom biotechnology and cultivation of mushrooms using agro-waste substrates and is keen on developing valuable products like Mycoleather and Biowax. He has been a Young Scientist Awardee from the Mycological Society of India and is also a BIRAC-GYTI appreciation awardee. He is passionate about science teaching, travelling, reading and doing science research in an affordable cost. |
