 | Dr. Vandana B. Mhaske Scientific Advisor, Venture Center, NCL Innovation Park, Pune. Vandana Mhaske is a post graduate in Biotechnology and a doctorate from National Chemical Laboratory. She has worked on Biotechnology of lipids for several years starting with her doctoral research and and subsequently during her post doctoral projects at Michigan and Iowa State universities. Her work in Michigan State, in collaboration of Dow Chemical company was targeted towards understanding industrially important lipids while her work at Iowa was on alkamides, lipids with health implications. After returning to India she taught Genetic Engineering and Biochemsitry at, Abasaheb Garware College, Pune and has been associated with University of Pune and IISER as a visiting faculty. |
 | Ms Pradnya Aradhye Associate BioIncubator, Venture Center, NCL Innovation Park, Pune Pradnya Aradhye is a M.Tech in Biological Sciences and Bioengineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently she is handling all BioIncubator activites at Venture Center. She is responsible for creating a pipeline of potential and signing-up incubates for the Bioincubator. Contribute to building scientific support systems and resources for VC incubates including specific expertise. Discussions with scientists to understand their competencies. |
